    Description

    Offered is a 1980 WNYC FM 94 Transit Union Strike pinback buttons.
    The transit strike was in April 1980 and the radio station made and distributed these buttons in support of and to advertise their news team's coverage of the New York City -wide strike.
    The second photo is not part of the lot, but rather is a WNYC 1980 news release from when the button was created that explains the meaning of the button.
    Note there is a dusting of corrosion on the back of the button, but the front is fine.
