    Composed of 88.5% Copper, 6% Zinc, 3.5% Manganese and 2% Nickel.
    Released April 5th, 2012 (21st release of the series).
    The obverse shows a portrait of the President's likeness, their name, the number in which president they were, and the years in which they served.
    The reverse features a Statue of Liberty design done by Don Everhart of the United States Mint, along with the words "United States of America" and "."
    These coins feature a lettered edge with the words "E Pluribus Unum," "In God We Trust," its year of mintage and its corresponding mint branch - (P) for Philadelphia or (D) for Denver.

    Arthur was born in Vermont but grew up in upstate New York. He graduated from Union College in 1848 and after graduating taught school while he was attending law school himself. He spent his early career as a lawyer in New York City. Arthur embraced the cause of civil service reform. Arthur served as Vice President until September, 1881 when he was sworn into office as President due to the assassination of Garfield and served as a stalwart Republican until March 4, 1885. His advocacy and enforcement of the Pendelton Civil Service Reform Act was the centerpiece of his administration. He married Ellen Herndon in 1859 and had three children. Arthur became President being widely distrusted but retired quite respected! He died at age 57 in November of 1886.
