This is a 1.75oz bottle of Beacon
Foam and Posterboard Adhesive
which is
very similar
to FoamTac.  Its "thinner" - and takes a little longer to dry, but its flexible and works great on foam. Foam-Tac is thicker and "more gooey". Beacon
Foam & Posterboard Adhesive
is much thinner and can go into cracks and tight areas.  Its strong and good for construction. It spreads easily and provides extra working time, which is very handy.

Excellent for building or repairing anything made out of foam - like "foamie" remote control model airplanes for example.
Will not
attack, melt or dissolve foams. The strong bond is like welding the foam parts together.
NOT a Cyanoacrylate (CA). No activator needed! No mixing, very low odor,
Requires much less glue for a permanent bond than cyanoacrylate foam-safe glue. A little bit goes a long way.  HINT: less is more!
Won’t glue fingers together - no debonder needed, it simply rubs off your fingers.
Dries fast and clear, at about 1/3 the original weight.
Does not expand or foam-up while drying.
Waterproof.

HELPFUL HINTS
FOR USING
LESS IS MORE - use a small amount of glue.   Immediately press surfaces firmly together, then pull apart and hold separate for 5-10 seconds, repeat, then press back together.
Will hold in a few minutes - allow a few hours for it to dry completely. Maximum strength is achieved within 24 hours or less.
IMPORTANT:
Always screw on the cap securely
after each use to prevent product evaporation. Does NOT require refrigeration, just keep tightly sealed.
Do not use near any open flame or ignition source.
Avoid
prolonged breathing of vapors.
Keep out of reach of children
