There are NO partial refunds or refunds without us receiving the item back. All returns MUST be returned in the same condition as sent and any items found to be missing pieces/parts, will NOT be eligible for a refund.

to be sure the items you buy, are legal and allowed to be sent to you. We will do our best to be sure ourselves, but we can't know everything. Ultimately it will be the buyer's responsibility to be sure. In the event custom's seizes your package because it was not legal/allowed, there will be
NO REFUND
issued.
If your item is undeliverable because of a bad address, refusal to pay taxes/fees, etc., there will be NO REFUNDS.
And finally, we will NOT mark an item/items as a gift. We only send out items properly, with all export paperwork filled out properly.
