Has never been in water, close to complete. No power supply, no radio control components, rudder was never installed. Rubber edge around cockpits only remain in the rear cockpit. In the last uninstalled parts is the gas cap. When being shipped the flags are removed and rolled in bubble wrap. The stand is not great and will not be included with shipment. Local pick up you get the stand. I believe the surface is covered with a fine fiberglass cloth. Not a new item.
