Classic Antique metal boat w Neptune outboard. Very Unique! NO RESERVE.
I purchased this very unique boat at an estate sale in Denver, Colorado appx 15 years ago. I met the older gentleman who said he built it around 1941 so him and his buddy could go fishing. The boat literally breaks down in 6 main pieces including all four Outriggers, main bow, aft and of course motor. The main seat, folds up and is removable along with other wooden benches, oar holders and oars, both floor pieces and homemade drink, tackle tray.
There's so much unique craftsmanship to this boat that I cant find anything remotely close. I was thinking something out of early Field and Stream magazine boat kits but simply nothing close.
The name Queen Charlotte (as I was told) was the old mans wife and she would get upset he was gone fishing with his buddy all the time. He told me he put it on so his wife would always be with him.....Thats the story ;)
