"UNTESTED" AND FOR PARTS ONLY
Clegg FM DX 2 meter transceiver.
Powers up and all display segments work but not able to determine if it transmits or receives.
Speaker noise when squelch turned and volume is up.
Does NOT have tone board but one can be added. Great for VHF contests on simplex.
Has non-Clegg Hallicrafters microphone.
Piece missing from top of mike and taped with Gorilla tape, does not appear to affect function. Several case screws also missing.
Although appears to be working this is sold for parts only and as with all electronics sold "as-is" with no warranty or returns.
Consider this a project radio.
Unit is in fair condition physically.
Has not been serviced recently so I am not selling it as a perfect/serviced/refurbished unit.
I'M SELLING AS PARTS ONLY
It may need alignment or other basic attention.
I'm not a expert so do not know how to test all functions.
Always stored in a dry, non-smoking, no pet environment.
As I said before I'm not a expert and do not possess the knowledge to properly test all of it's capabilities and due to electronical age and parts bandits item is being sold as is for parts or repair with
