NOTE: there is some gold wear on the rim and base. Very Nice Antique Shaving Mug. This features a white porcelain with a gold rim and base. The front dsiplays the text E. H. Thornton in black cursive. This mug was decorated in the USA by one of the barber supply companies. On the base is the CT mark used by Carl Tielsch from 1887-1900. This measures 3 1/2" High x 3 5/8" Wide rim to rim.
