DARLING VINTAGE CHILD'S CEREAL / SOUP BOWL Anthropomorphic PIGS English?

Absolutely too cute to resist, but a mystery!  My instincts tell me that the three wonderful decal or perhaps painted "scenes" involving these two ANTHROPOMORPHIC PIGS playing an accordion and a BALALAIKA (looked up the string instrument triangular shape...and voila!), may represent a Fairy Tale.  If so, it's not a story familiar to me.  The two pig buddies, one with the polka dot shirt are playing their instruments in a forest?. Then the poor guy with the dotted shirt seems to be running for his life...maybe his pal needed more lessons???  Am also unaware if the three scenes should be in a certain order to follow a story line.  OH WELL...It's an adorable child's bowl that has a 7 7/8" full diameter...the basin section is 5 1/2".  I also tried to research the back mark with no luck. I believe it could be English...perhaps someone out there can clear this up!  Condition is great with no cracks with the images and gold rim showing very little wear. There is a small chip in one place UNDER the rim which you can feel around the edge but that is not very visible from the top...last 2 photos. What a darling addition for a child's dinnerware collection!
