If you believe an item arrived damaged due to shipping I require photographs of the damaged shipping container, the actual shipping container, and the item to be sent back to me - I cannot assess (I.e. complete an eBay return ) if I don’t have the physical materials to validate the damage claimed. I do not Pay return shipping.
Under no circumstances will I agree to a return if you have used the item for any reason.
Under no circumstances will I accept a return if you don’t send the item back.

Pre-owned - for a reason - they are. Unless stated in the listing I make no warranties or testimonials that a particular item functions or that it has been tested to work.
It is the buyers obligation and responsibility to ensure that before you purchase you examine all the photos carefully, read the listing, and ask any questions while you have the opportunity before purchasing.
If I find that a buyer is abusing the eBay return policy I will report the buyer to eBay without hesitation. I will also provide negative feedback to the buyers eBay profile.
I take photos of the condition of all items when they are shipped and the shipping materials for documentation
purposes in case a claim of damage due to shipping or packaging methods is made. I take great care therefore to package and ship to protect your purchase.
Shipping policy.
I attempt to ship at the most economical rate possible which provides tracking info - which is usually USPS Priority Flat Rate. If a package is too large for USPS priority Mail or USPS Priority mail or is simply to expensive I will ship UPS or FEDEX ground. I do my best to state exactly the method of shipping in the listing and I use eBay calculated shipping option which may be more than actual shipping costs. I don’t refund the difference if that happens. If I use media mail I will state it in the add. I don’t want to have your item arrive damaged (see returns) so I package and ship very conservatively and that sometime costs more. I will change shipping from what was described in the listing only in consultation with a buyer.
I do not ship internationally - even to APO addresses - if it requires a customs form it’s an international shipment.
