ICOM IC-228H, 138-174 MHz (Receive), 144-148 Mhz (Transmit) VHF FM Transceiver, 2 Meters, 45Watts, W/Microphone.  Works well.  Includes Transceiver, Microphone, Power cable, and Mobile mounting bracket as shown in pictures.

:  Transceiver has typical wear for its age and is in Fair to Good condition.
Display has faded somewhat
