    This is an
    ICOM IC-T2H 2-meter Handheld FM transceiver
    . It is in good cosmetic condition- the case is clean and the numbers on the buttons are fine. It comes with the antenna, but
    NOT
    the charger. It has ni-cad batteries but they are dead and do not know if they are any good.
    I had the unit on a 12 volt dc input and the unit lit up and seemed to function, but cannot verify it actually works correctly.
    The radio
    does
    come with the instruction manual on cd and belt-clip.
