Up for bids is a ICOM VHF FM Transceiver IC-03AT AND an ICOM AC Battery Charger BC-35.  They both are in good shape and both fire up as can be seen in the pics.  The charger switches off and on and the red light lights up when turned on.  The transceiver lights up and makes noise when turned on.
