Radio is in good working condition. Has optional 220MHz module installed and working.
Clean cosmetically, has minor wear, but nothing major.

For large parcels I ship via either FedEx or UPS. Small items almost always ship via the USPS.

FedEx, UPS and the USPS will hold a parcel at their local office for you to pickup at your convenience if someone cannot be available during the day when the parcel is delivered. However, if that arrangement also causes problems, then I cannot help since I can not wave this requirement.
