Kenwood TS-50S Transceiver in original Box

Description

Kenwood TS-50 in original box. comes from a smoke free and pet free home. it includes the original microphone, power cable, a original mobile bracket with the missing bracket screws and a carrying handle. this radio works as it should. it has been well cared for and puts out a little over 100 watts depending on what band you are transmitting on. I tested 10,11,15,20,40 and 80 meters on single sideband and it did 110 to 120 watts into a dummy load. the meter I used is a Telepost LP-100A and is not included in the sale.
modes include CW,AM,FM,USB and LSB

Almost forgot to mention that this radio does transmit on 11 meters
(CB) starting from 27.500 MHZ up
and puts out over 100 watts on single sideband

over all this is a great working and great looking radio and i am confident the buyer will not be disappointed, the box does show some minor damage but it is still a very usable box I would rate this radio a 8.5 to a 9 in appearance and a solid 10 in performance. the only reason for selling it is because I have too many radios and I rather let someone else enjoy it. the radio does have some marks from having the carrying handle installed but everything else looks great. please use your zoom feature and look at the included pictures as they are part of the description. ask all questions before bidding.
