The new Dad (LIFT Safety) suspensions fit both the full brim And cap style Dad hard hats. They are direct Factory replacements for both fiberglass and the carbon fiber hard hat. New design comes with comfort II Dome padding, ratchet adjustability, a pivot system for the back strap, and a leather brow pad.
