Oreo Thins ran a promotion called the "Oreo Thins Protection Program" with special packaging. The idea is you could hide your Oreo thins by camouflaging the package with other items to hide your secret stash. In this case, half of the package looks like a bag Green Giant Riced Veggies that could be hidden with your veggies.
The promotion stated 1500 would be given away on twitter and 1500 on instagram - a limited edition of 3,000. The packaging has an expiration date of November 25, 2021 in case you want to eat them. The packaging also states "not for sale, totally for hiding." 10.1 ounce bag.
This package is new and unopened. It also comes with the card explaining this program.
