Gorham sterling silver antique tea cup w/o glass insert? Not sure what it is but it is very beautiful, the detail is fantastic. The stamp on the bottom is-lion, anchor and a “G”. Please look at all pictures for more details and info.
The weight is 3.8 oz’s height is 2 3/4 to the top of the handle, height to the top of the rim is 2 1/4, across the top of the cup is 3 3/4 diameter.
