Sterling Silver Jigger 863

Up for your consideration is an on cleaned sterling silver jiggler which I believe is used for making drinks. It’s 4 inches tall 2 1/4 inches across. It does have markings on the bottom and says starling. I did not clean I kept the tarnish lock the person picks this up can clean or leave tarnished the emblem looks like a cross inside a crown I will try to take the best picture I can of the markings.
