For your consideration, we are offering a wonderfully vintage, Japanese made, Chicago CUBS, bobblehead / nodder from the 1960's era, accompanied by it's original, cardboard box. The overall condition of the nodder is quite good for the many years, exhibiting expected wear from age and use pertaining to some rubbing and crackling of the decals, a bit of paint rubbing and loss, soil, dust and abrasions here and there. There is a defect on the underside of the head, which we presume to be damage, but may possibly be a result of manufacturing, we are uncertain. A barely visible, tight, hairline crack on the head back is present. We believe that all of these relatively simple faults are repairable should one desire to do so. The nodding feature functions as intended. There is a red and gold paper label on the underside, which reads JAPAN. The original, cardboard box is well intact and in good condition, exhibiting some cosmetic wear, also commensurate with age and use as shown in the photos. It is labeled on one box end, CHICAGO CUBS No. T2973 Cont. 1PC Made In Japan. The original, cardboard, head from body, separator piece, is also included. All in all, a very displayable and nostalgic addition to your Chicago Cubs, bobblehead, or vintage, baseball collection.
