Vintage German Porcelain Child’s Portrait Tea Set Royal Medallion Blue 9 Pc Set

A wonderful cobalt blue nine piece child’s portrait tea set. This set has the label Royal medallion blue, Germany on the bottom of all the pieces except for the two accompanying saucers. The two tea cups have identical portraits as the creamer and the sugar and teapot have matching portraits different from the first.  My suspect is that this set was produced in the 1950s, a time when sets like this were a popular toy for children.  Measurements:
Teapot   3 3/4” tall including lid, 5 1/2” spout to back of handle
Creamer   2 1/4” tall, 2 3/4” spout to back of handle
Sugar w/ lid   3” tall, 4” handle to handle
Cup/saucer   2 1/4” tall together, saucer 3 3/4” diameter and cup 3” across top incl handle.
I can fine no chips, cracks, damage, or repairs on any of the items. I will mention that there is some gold loss on most of the pieces, the center circle on one saucer is almost completely worn off. I also pictured an area on the spout of the teapot which appears to be a chip. Under magnification it more resembles a spot that was leaning against something else in the kiln during firing; more like a smudge of the glaze. I do not believe it to be a chip or post factory damage.  All the portraits appear to be in excellent condition with no color missing. This is a very fine child set rarely found in as good condition.  Please view all pictures as they are considered part of the description.
